Key Responsibilities:
Foster a positive customer service relationship that cultivates a community where individuals aspire to live.
- Assist in planning and organizing engaging resident events.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Document and file service requests from residents promptly.
- Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Guide residents through the move-in and move-out processes.
- Support the execution of the turnover process.
Effectively promote and lease apartments, showcasing the property’s features and services to attract potential residents.
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct tours of model, market-ready units, and common areas.
- Assist prospective residents in completing their online applications.
- Respond to online inquiries, handle prospect calls, and conduct property tours in accordance with training guidelines.
- Work towards optimizing occupancy levels while maximizing rental income.
- Implement established sales and marketing strategies to enhance property visibility, maintain closing ratios, and achieve budgeted occupancy goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property offerings and competitive landscape.
Handle various administrative tasks such as:
- Conduct market surveys as needed.
- Collect deposits and associated fees during move-ins.
- Prepare and manage all lease-related documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing data, assisting with data entry as required.
- Inspect units quarterly and prior to resident move-ins.
- Audit all lease and renewal files for compliance and assist with submissions to the Property Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to assist others and positively impact the community.
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.
- Competence in basic to intermediate mathematics.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
