The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will ensure that all personnel matters run smoothly. From administration to onboarding and from absence management to employee inquiries, your role is to facilitate what is necessary without unnecessary complications.
Your Responsibilities
Working alongside your HR colleagues, you will ensure that all aspects of personnel management are well-organized. You will be involved in the entire HR process: from onboarding and administration to absence management and employee inquiries. You will maintain oversight, respond quickly, and independently address issues as they arise.
Recruitment & selection: from vacancy creation to hiring;
Guiding onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding;
Managing personnel administration and contracts;
Recording absences and assisting with absence processes;
Answering HR-related questions from staff;
Identifying improvement opportunities in HR policies and processes;
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
Acting as a sparring partner for managers and executives.
In short, you ensure that everything is in order. If something goes wrong, you will resolve it.
