About the Role
As a Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store. Your daily tasks will involve thorough cleaning and operational processes, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties across various store areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhering to Kohl's best practices and guidelines.
Use only approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Manage company-approved chemical and supply inventory by placing orders when stock levels are low and ensuring proper storage practices.
Complete required training on chemicals, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
Conduct routine maintenance on cleaning equipment in line with company standards.
Leverage Kohl's tools and technology for effective communication and information sharing with the store team.
Assist the operations team with product receiving, processing, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services.

Qualifications
Required:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and focus on details.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
No prior retail experience is necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience in customer-facing retail or service industries.
