The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the community grounds and common areas, ensuring that our residents enjoy an inviting and well-kept environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by following Peak's high standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to consistently enhance curb appeal.
- Conduct daily inspections of exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways.
- Manage litter by picking up trash across the grounds.
- Operate the trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled.
- Ensure the mailbox area is clean and tidy each day.
- Water flowers, plants, and shrubs as necessary.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks for the swimming pool as required.
- Maintain accurate records of pool chemical levels, complying with state and local regulations.
- Organize the pool area by picking up trash and tidying furniture.
- Assist in keeping the office, clubhouse, and amenity areas clean and well-maintained.
- Take responsibility for enhancing curb appeal.
- Check and replace light bulbs as needed.
- Maintain the painting of curbs and speed bumps.
- Sweep, blow, and/or pressure wash common areas, parking lots, and breezeways.
- Ensure storm drains remain free of debris.
- Deliver and post correspondence, newsletters, and flyers.
- Assist during unit turnover events.
- Clear out trash from vacant units.
- Address resident complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Follow the company dress code.
