*Compensation: $18.45/hr
Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to receive and secure donated items at designated community drop-off locations. This position also focuses on providing hands-on training for HOPE Trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential for the role:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors, representing HOPE positively in the community.
2. Accept donations and provide donors with receipts.
3. Organize materials for pickup by HOPE trucks, ensuring clothing is separated from other items and stored properly.
4. Maintain an orderly storage area while ensuring the security of all donations.
5. Assist with loading and unloading donated items as required.
6. Securely lock and unlock the drop-off station at the beginning and end of each shift.
7. Communicate any concerns or issues to the home base promptly, reporting losses and customer complaints efficiently.
8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
No formal education is required; however, at least one year of relevant on-the-job training or experience in a customer service role is essential.

Supervisory Duties:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
