We seek an exceptional individual to join us as a Customer Service and Membership Advisor. This role focuses on expanding our membership base and boosting revenue. While selling memberships to prospective customers is essential, this position also initiates the membership retention journey for individuals. We require someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach who can represent the Freedom Leisure brand effectively and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Hours: Up to 20.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)
