Key Responsibilities
- Respond to crisis support hotline calls from individuals affected by suicide, self-harm, or related concerns.
- Deliver professional crisis counseling services and personal support using de-escalation and intervention techniques.
- Assess caller needs and triage for safety, providing referrals for face-to-face interventions or therapy services as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and actions taken in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in formulating crisis management plans tailored to individual caller needs.
- Exercise sound judgment in critical situations and ensure a seamless handover to the next shift.
- Dedicate your entire shift to the responsibilities assigned by Intellect.
- Conduct risk assessments, particularly for potential suicide cases.
