Your Role:
As a Paid Social Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, optimizing performance, and coordinating production resources. Acting as the primary liaison for your clients, you will handle communication, lead weekly strategy calls, and craft tailored paid social strategies. Teaming up with vendor representatives and senior colleagues, you will refine and present strategies while ensuring project management excellence on your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of key paid media channels such as Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and UAC.
- Develop and implement account strategies focused on exceeding client efficiency and growth targets.
- Oversee account management, monitoring, and optimization techniques to meet performance objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that significantly enhance account performance.
- Create and manage client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews to align with client expectations.
- Ensure meticulous management of client portfolios to achieve performance goals while practicing sound budget stewardship.
- Prepare and review status call agendas, ensuring they meet client needs and include important updates.
- Lead client calls effectively, discussing project completions, performance metrics, and strategic long-term initiatives.
- Ensure all account management tasks undergo a quality assurance process for error-free execution and delivery.
