Role: Paid Media Campaign Manager
Location: Manchester, England, UK
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (with offices in London, Bristol, Bournemouth, and Manchester)
Your Responsibilities:
As a Paid Media Campaign Manager, you will take charge of executing and managing paid media campaigns across various channels for a diverse client portfolio, typically handling 3-6 clients at a time based on account size.
Your primary focus will be on Facebook, as it constitutes our largest ad spend. Depending on your expertise and client requirements, you may also manage other platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
Collaborating closely with the Performance Director, you will oversee daily campaign management, conduct thorough analysis, and implement optimization strategies. You will also propose testing ideas and identify opportunities for campaign expansion. As you gain proficiency, you will gradually take on more responsibilities in client communications and strategic planning, facilitating your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Daily budget monitoring
- Ongoing management and optimization of campaigns
- Weekly performance reporting
- Ad hoc reporting and in-depth analysis
- Conducting A/B tests and collaborating with the Performance Director on test strategies
- Maintaining client communications
- Sharing insights internally
- Expanding knowledge on new channels if unfamiliar, such as TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
