Role Overview:
We are in search of a Paid Acquisition Manager to spearhead our comprehensive paid strategy across various channels, including Google, Meta, affiliates, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Reporting directly to the Senior Paid Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for budget planning, campaign execution, creative testing, and AI-based automation. This high-impact, cross-functional role will allow your strategic decisions to significantly influence Jimdo’s growth in international markets.
Your Impact:
Develop and implement a multi-channel paid media strategy to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
Plan, forecast, and optimize budget distribution across various platforms and regions.
Utilize AI tools to facilitate campaign automation, ad development, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Data teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Drive testing, reporting, and ongoing performance enhancements.
Maintain high standards of creative quality and ensure campaign scalability across different markets.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CAC and ROAS.
What You Bring:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth-oriented roles.
A proven track record of managing six-figure budgets across DACH and broader European markets.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities.
