Primary Responsibilities:
As the Overnight Concierge (Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am), you will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects as they arrive home. Your ownership and pride in crafting exceptional first impressions and nurturing lasting relationships are key to your success. Your innate ability to foster conversations and create a welcoming atmosphere allows you to thrive. You take joy in personalizing each interaction, knowing the names and preferences of everyone you serve, including their beloved pets.
As a Resident Concierge, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing thoughtful and timely assistance to residents and prospects.
- Planning and executing meaningful events that build community and engagement.
- Creating brand loyalty through consistent positive experiences and meticulous community care.
- Generating excitement and awareness via social media platforms.
- Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences through online reviews.
- Meticulously organizing front desk logs, package rooms, clubroom reservations, and freight elevator schedules.
- Flexibly working weekends or evenings as required.
