We are on the lookout for an Outside Sales Retail Account Manager - Heavy Equipment to join our rental facility in Irving, TX. We seek an individual ready to grow with us, bring enthusiasm and determination to their role, and contribute to shaping the future of construction.
Compensation: $64,000 - $150,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commission with no market limitations)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Become deeply knowledgeable about EquipmentShare and select construction equipment brands to represent us as an expert advocate.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and potential clients in your designated region. We value long-term partnerships over transactional interactions.
Quickly become a heavy equipment sales expert to inform prospective customers about the advantages of purchasing from an EquipmentShare dealership.
Take ownership of your client portfolio by managing relationships, keeping clients informed about new promotions, and addressing their unique equipment needs.
Be the reliable point of contact for your customers, providing prompt answers to inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
Act as a proactive leader, potentially managing sales pipelines for other nearby markets within your region.
Innovate new sales strategies and techniques to expand your business and enhance the company’s market presence.
