We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Retail Account Manager, Heavy Equipment to join our rental facility in Orlando, FL. We seek a candidate who is eager to grow, full of energy, and ready to help us reshape the construction landscape.
Compensation: $64,000 - $150,000+ (Base salary plus unlimited commission with no market constraints)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Become intimately familiar with EquipmentShare and select construction equipment brands to act as a knowledgeable advocate.
Establish strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and potential clients in your territory, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than short-term transactions.
Quickly become a knowledgeable expert in heavy equipment sales to effectively communicate the advantages of purchasing from EquipmentShare.
Care for your customer base deeply by managing, nurturing, and updating them on new promotions and their unique equipment requirements.
Be the reliable contact for your customers, providing timely answers and solutions to their inquiries.
Assume a leadership role in managing sales pipelines for other neighboring markets in your area.
Innovate new sales strategies and techniques that will expand your business and the company’s reach.
