We are seeking dynamic and driven sales professionals to become part of our thriving sales team in the expanding home improvement sector. As a Design Consultant, you will engage with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, presenting our product offerings and guiding them through the process of making informed, same-day decisions regarding their window and door replacement projects.
Your Responsibilities Include:
· Traveling to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the Bay Area—no cold calling or door knocking required!
· Conducting product demonstrations and discussing personalized quotes during in-home consultations, utilizing a value-based selling approach grounded in honesty and integrity.
· Participating in training sessions and regular sales meetings, along with other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
· Must possess a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
· Comfortable with daily travel of approximately 2 hours for appointments (mandatory).
· Ability to lift and carry sample materials weighing between 40-60 lbs. (mandatory).
· Proficient in navigating various applications on an iPad (mandatory).
· Previous outside sales experience is an advantage.
· Eagerness to learn and implement a structured, proven sales process.
· A strong motivation and capability to close sales effectively.
· Availability to work evenings and weekends (mandatory).
Compensation:
· After completing the initial training program, Sales Consultants enjoy unlimited earning potential with commissions of 8% on revenue generated from sales contracts, subject to the terms of the Sales Representative Agreement.
· Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.
· Average annual earnings ranging from $200,000 to $300,000+.
· A training wage of $25 per hour until the completion of the initial training phase.
· A weekly salary of $1000, plus up to 2% commission on sales contracts during the remainder of the training program, subject to the Sales Representative Agreement.
