Join our vibrant team as a Service Manager to lead our well-established OSHC Service at Narangba Valley State School. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and enhance a high-quality OSHC program.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will guide a dedicated team of Coordinators and Educators, managing the service during the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You will receive support from a state-specific office, along with regular mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. This is a permanent, full-time position designed in block shifts to promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Design and implement an engaging, child-centered program.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with children, families, the school, and the community.
- Lead and manage the Educators onsite, including scheduling and roster management.
- Oversee daily operations of your service.
- Ensure compliance and quality in service delivery in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Implement strategies to increase attendance and support families.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Significant experience in a leadership role working with children or in a similar capacity.
- Preferred minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children’s Services) or at least 2 years of full-time study in a related discipline.
- Current and valid Blue Card or state-required working with children check.
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and professional.
