What Will You Do in This Role?
You will be an integral member of the People and Culture team in Chile, supporting the implementation of crucial organizational development and talent management processes, blending program management with hands-on collaboration with leaders and teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the execution of the Annual Training Plan, incorporating in-person, virtual, and blended activities.
- Managing the corporate LMS platform, monitoring participation, compliance, and learning metrics.
- Overseeing the SENCE tax franchise, liaising with OTIC, OTEC, and bipartite committees.
- Executing recruitment and selection processes, from profile development to interview and evaluation coordination.
- Administering the performance management platform, supporting OKR processes, follow-ups, and leader training.
- Coordinating leadership development programs and learning activities for supervisors and managers.
- Managing the implementation and analysis of climate, engagement, and organizational health surveys, aiding in action plan development.
- Collaborating on initiatives related to culture, engagement, onboarding, and employee experience.
This role uniquely combines program management with direct execution, working closely with leaders and teams across offices and operations.
