As a member of the Business Optimization & Insights team, you will transform data into actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization and empowering effective capability development and organizational scaling to meet our ambitious growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks focused on organizational, people, and change data:
- Design, develop, and enhance a scalable data foundation for people and organization analytics, integrating data from various business systems to enable advanced analytics and reporting throughout the organization.
- Structure, prepare, and model data effectively and efficiently, ensuring that datasets are reusable, combinable, and adaptable as the organization evolves.
- Maintain high data quality and consistency by defining standards, validating data flows, and driving continuous improvements across our people and organization landscape.
- Create dashboards and analytical tools that provide transparency and empower functions through self-service insights.
- Examine capability and organizational trends, translating your findings into narrative-driven presentations that aid corporate and business leadership in data-informed decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, and play a key role in shaping our future organizational strategy.
- Encourage a data-driven culture within the organization by empowering teams to work confidently with data and guiding them in the effective use of analytical tools.
