This role involves collaboration with senior executives, HR partners, and various teams to ensure effective communication of our priorities, culture programs, and transformation milestones. You will report directly to the HR Business Partner Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft internal communications that resonate with our culture, strategic objectives, and priorities.
- Generate content including leadership messages, transformation updates, organizational announcements, presentations, and talking points.
- Assist the Leadership Team by fostering clarity, consensus, and accountability.
- Demystify complex subjects—such as AI enablement, data modernization, and operating model changes—through accessible messaging.
- Champion our culture narrative, ensuring that all employees grasp the expectations for collaboration and goal achievement.
- Devise communication strategies that highlight success stories, exemplify desired behaviors, and celebrate cultural milestones.
- Lead comprehensive change management initiatives, including change impact assessments, readiness plans, and communication sequencing.
- Oversee project timelines, risk management, deliverables, and decision-making forums related to transformation and culture initiatives.
- Prepare communications for leadership reviews, monthly business updates, and operational governance routines.
- Monitor communication and change effectiveness using established metrics, feedback mechanisms, and readiness indicators.
- Disseminate messages that help employees understand our priorities, expectations, and objectives.
