The Order Processing Team is integral to managing sales contract administration and provisioning, ensuring compliance with financial and legal standards while adhering to processing timelines. Our dynamic group is dedicated to validating opportunities and contract details, processing agreements, and activating user access. We are a high-performing team passionate about providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Order Processing Analyst to join our expanding team in India. This role presents an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing company, contributing to an award-winning product that is gaining traction in international markets. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance, and other internal departments to manage the order lifecycle process, including order processing, sales contract management, and provisioning, while ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements. Strong problem-solving and project management skills, complemented by excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, will be essential for fostering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
