The Co-Development Business Unit is looking for an Operations Support Engineer.
Internal Code: A26069
In this role, you will collaborate with Singapore Government Agencies.
This is a fixed-term contract position lasting 18 months.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the customer’s product team to design and develop software applications aimed at enhancing the service delivery for the people of Singapore. Embrace an agile development approach, utilizing best practices and tools from leading tech companies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate cross-team problem resolution, and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Analyze the runtime environments of various products to ensure optimal system performance and devise data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with application teams, solution architects, and security consultants to implement enhancement plans.
- Manage application and security incidents, conduct problem determination, and work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly while adhering to SLAs. Provide reporting and escalation to higher management or incident committees as necessary.
- Create operational guides to ensure compliance with audit requirements and document every operational aspect.
- Oversee daily operations, analyze data, write status and progress reports, and present findings to stakeholders and management.
- Lead the operations team, which includes staff and vendors, ensuring 24/7 support availability.
