Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist our food delivery operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through management and coordination. This role encompasses a variety of back-office tasks, including attendance management, document preparation, and social media content review, all aimed at enhancing overall team productivity. Precision in administrative tasks, effective communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team members' attendance records and provide shift scheduling support.
- Create internal documents and reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
- Conduct language checks on social media posts and internal texts (grammar, expression, tone).
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manage documentation.
- Assist in minor data extraction and analysis using SQL.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and support tasks related to team operations.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in basic PC skills (typing, Excel/Google Sheets, email, calendar management).
- Ability to meticulously review Japanese documents and social media posts.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Adherence to information security and confidentiality protocols.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales administration, assisting roles, or back-office functions.
- Experience in Japanese proofreading and social media content management.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL.
- A passion for supporting team operations.
Working Conditions
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Contract Employee (initial 3 months).
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Work Arrangement:
- In the first three months, daily in-office attendance is required.
- Afterward, a hybrid model of half in-office and half remote work is possible.
Contract Renewal: After the initial 3-month contract, there is the possibility of extending for another 3 months or transitioning to a full-time position, based on your preferences and performance.
Work schedule is on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday with two days off (days off are not fixed).
