Job Title: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling
Overview
We are in search of a highly skilled Operations Manager with a proven track record in waste management and recycling to spearhead and enhance our operational activities. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring quality compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting collection and recycling objectives while nurturing robust partnerships with brand owners, recyclers, traders, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring compliance with client expectations and the achievement of set targets.
- Lead projects on the Dawar platform, designing and implementing operational modules for effective execution.
- Strategically plan and manage operational processes, ensuring all aspects are addressed comprehensively.
- Efficiently execute ad-hoc operational tasks to support business needs and expansion strategies.
- Continuously enhance operational capabilities to accommodate growth and increased volumes.
Quality, Efficiency & Compliance
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across all projects and operational teams.
- Conduct regular audits on-site to identify operational gaps and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational guidelines, especially within the Dawar application.
- Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of system data across all projects.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Monitor project objectives and provide regular progress reports to the department head, striving to exceed targets.
- Deliver timely updates on project milestones and achievements to the department head.
- Lead customer service initiatives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Facilitate the onboarding of new recyclers and traders, ensuring smooth integration and operational support.
- Manage trader relationships, addressing operational challenges and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee and direct social enhancement programs, ensuring effective execution and documentation.
