Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Operations Manager to spearhead our fulfillment strategy at our Jacksonville facility. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of North America Fulfillment, you will oversee daily operations in our warehouse and with third-party logistics (3PL). Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in all aspects of receiving, inventory management, kitting, and shipping.
In this role, you will be tasked with driving operational excellence, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), managing budget compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possess excellent leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse and 3PL, focusing on receiving, shipping, inventory control, space optimization, and kitting production.
- Ensure operational KPIs are consistently met, including on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, quality standards, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze volume forecasts and align labor planning to effectively meet business demands.
- Assist the Senior Director in managing 3PL performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks to service levels, capacity, or operational efficiency.
