About the Team You'll Join
- As an Operations Enablement Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Enablement team at Toss Payments.
- This team manages and supports merchants who have completed their contracts, ensuring stable and efficient use of Toss Payments.
- We collaborate with various related teams within Toss Payments to systematize and streamline all stages of merchant operations, leading operational innovations.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive communication with various teams, payment institutions, and merchants to address diverse requests and inquiries from our partners.
- Carry out operational tasks requested by small to medium-sized merchants, while systematizing and streamlining recurring operational processes.
- Identify areas for improvement to ensure stable operations for our merchants, sharing findings with your team (Operations Enablement Managers) to develop more effective Toss-centric processes.
