The Operations Consultant I plays a critical role in managing a diverse portfolio of clinically integrated multi-specialty practices, ensuring optimal performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of partner physician practices, serving as the primary liaison for care centers while providing regular updates related to the partnership.
Collaborate with physician partners to focus on strategic planning and execution, including value-based care (VBC) and fee-for-service (FFS) performance.
Work alongside Privia VBC and physician leadership to facilitate care transformation initiatives.
Monitor and manage financial, productivity, clinical performance, and customer experience metrics to meet established goals.
Analyze data, share best practices, and coach Care Center teams on strategies to maximize success in value-based care agreements.
Drive growth and operational enhancements across the portfolio of physician practices.
Coordinate the development and implementation of action plans with each Care Center to align with strategic objectives and key performance initiatives.
Review financial performance reports with practices to maintain transparency and drive performance improvements.
Create presentation materials to communicate progress on actionable initiatives effectively.
Assess and optimize practice workflows to enhance patient throughput and operational efficiency.
Mentor and coach practice administrators in managing their physician practices.
Engage company resources to meet Care Center needs, acting as the project coordinator for timely deliverables.
Manage expectations regarding timelines and service delivery with Care Centers.
Assist in developing strategies aimed at driving growth, performance, and revenue enhancement.
Support coordination and presentation of key physician meetings for both primary care and specialty providers.
Evaluate operations and provide strategic feedback for the benefit of physician practices.
Stay informed on relevant healthcare topics and share insights as appropriate.
Develop expertise in essential software platforms, including athenaHealth’s Performance Management System and electronic health records.
Deliver exceptional customer service to physician practices.
