In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Regulatory and Business Operations, the Operations Compliance Specialist will independently oversee the execution of assigned audit deliverables and compliance workstreams within established protocols. This includes managing audit readiness and ongoing complaint tracking through effective timeline oversight, documentation review, and risk-based escalation, ensuring that audits and related activities remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in voicing concerns or suggestions. The Specialist will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster transparent, accountable processes and contribute to a robust culture of regulatory readiness. This is a full-time remote position within the BPO and Compliance team.
