Reporting directly to a Site Leader, you will embody the drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm essential for tackling the challenges of our fast-paced environment. As an Operations Associate, you will perform a diverse range of responsibilities from picking and packing orders to receiving products at our site and collaborating with partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
- Receive and unpack products from vendors, ensuring the inventory matches the purchase order and resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory, including the re-shelving of canceled orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and overall facility.
- Ensure waste and spoilage are managed effectively by adhering to FIFO practices.
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
- Safely handle, scan, and move products with precision.
- Engage in physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts.
- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement.
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
- Work in cooler and freezer locations as needed throughout shifts.
- Be prepared to walk several flights of stairs during the day.
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items while following recipe and presentation standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of all food and beverage items packaged for delivery.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Accurately receive and organize orders while resolving any discrepancies concerning expiration requirements.
- Maintain organization and standards in the kitchen facility to ensure efficient resource access and minimize waste.
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.
