Position Overview
As an Operations Analyst at Cape, you will be a vital contributor to our customer interactions, managing essential touchpoints with our clients. This position transcends traditional support roles; you will act as a technical operator, adeptly navigating high-volume workflows critical to our privacy-centric telecommunications business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the customer porting experience, facilitating transitions from legacy carriers to Cape.
We seek a detail-focused, proactive, and articulate Operations Analyst to join our ranks. Your main objective will be to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for new customers by overseeing the porting procedure from start to finish. You will embody the voice of Cape, addressing technical challenges in real-time and providing personalized service. As our company grows, you will evolve from executing tasks to developing the team and scalable frameworks that support our operations.
