Position Summary:
This role aims to translate the operational needs of technical teams involved in forest carbon projects (REDD+) into structured activities, including the organization of work plans, processes, and routines. You will oversee the prioritization of tasks, monitor project execution, and analyze progress to ensure transparency regarding deadlines, dependencies, and challenges impacting task execution. Additionally, you will aid in standardizing processes and driving continuous improvement within the operation.
Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between technical and operational teams, facilitating alignment of activities and ensuring the smooth flow of necessary information for effective project execution while maintaining the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Transforming technical team demands into structured work plans, processes, and operational activities, ensuring organization, prioritization, and monitoring of project execution;
- Structuring and updating work plans to clarify tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities;
- Tracking project progress based on information and updates from teams;
- Monitoring project timelines, deadlines, and operational indicators;
- Organizing and maintaining updated project information to ensure clarity and data consistency;
- Contributing to the organization and standardization of processes, workflows, and operational routines;
- Identifying and tracking operational risks and challenges based on project information, highlighting delays and issues affecting activity execution;
- Consolidating project information to support execution monitoring and status reporting;
- Serving as a point of interface between technical and operational teams, promoting information flow and alignment of activities.
