Onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor - Mesa, AZ

The Onsite EAP Counselor full-time role presents a unique opportunity to deliver EAP counseling, management consultations, program promotion, critical incident response, and training to employees. Additionally, you will manage mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals and conduct expatriate readiness interviews. This role also involves providing consultation to HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational matters, reporting directly to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.
