Role Overview
As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires worldwide. Your goal is to create a truly exceptional onboarding program. You will be responsible for developing playbooks, systems, and regional infrastructure to ensure every new Harvey team member—regardless of their location—feels enthusiastic, equipped, and confident in their decision to join us.
This position reports to our People Operations Lead, Tia Thomson, and collaborates across all departments at Harvey to facilitate seamless transitions from day one through the critical first 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a Global Onboarding Framework
Create comprehensive playbooks (including run-of-shows, facilitator guides, and troubleshooting protocols) that empower flawless execution by facilitators globally.
Establish regional onboarding hubs in London and Sydney, staffed with trained local facilitators.
Manage and enhance complex automation systems and self-service tools across the onboarding tech stack—encompassing HRIS provisioning, calendar management, Slack channel creation, manager notifications, and multi-touchpoint communication workflows.
Define metrics and feedback mechanisms to continually refine the onboarding experience.
