Onboarding Coordinator (Contract) @ Midi Health
Join our rapidly growing People Onboarding team as a dedicated and organized Onboarding Coordinator (Contract). In this pivotal role, you will ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires by managing communications, tracking attendance, and guiding them through key early milestones. This is a hands-on position focused on providing essential administrative and coordination support to enhance our onboarding function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage New Hire Inquiries: Oversee and respond to the onboarding email inbox daily, address routine questions, escalate complex issues as necessary, and maintain timely and professional communication.
- Guide New Hires: Track the progress of pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, send reminders via email and text to ensure deadlines are met, and follow up with new hires who may be missing required steps. Maintain tracking systems using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and LMS.
- Support Attendance & Orientation: Record attendance for onboarding sessions and required training, ensure all new hires attend their scheduled orientations, and follow up with any no-shows promptly.
- Monitor Training & Compliance: Ensure completion of mandatory training sessions, send reminders for overdue trainings, and maintain accurate records of completion status.
- Provide Administrative & Operational Support: Manage onboarding trackers and dashboards, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with calendar coordination for onboarding sessions.
