THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic RV Sales Onsite Sales Executive to join our Milan team. This pivotal role involves managing the complete sales process for our pre-owned recreational vehicles (RVs) at our Milan location. You will take charge of qualifying leads, conducting customer demonstrations, preparing vehicles for sale, and facilitating smooth handovers after purchase. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, operational efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Craft and execute local sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage incoming leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation for defleet, including MOT, repairs, cleaning, and condition audits with local staff.
- Prepare vehicles for customer demos and handovers in collaboration with depot colleagues.
- Conduct engaging customer demonstrations and facilitate post-purchase handovers.
- Establish and nurture local partnerships for vehicle photography and condition reporting.
- Plan and host local sales events, such as open days at the depot.
- Work closely with HQ teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution quality.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Handle inbound leads with the expertise of an online sales executive.
