The Office Manager, Workplace Experience will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional in-office environment, allowing employees to thrive and connect. This dynamic position encompasses the management of daily office functions, event organization, facilities oversight, and hospitality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the temporary office space while our permanent location is under construction, ensuring access, general office support, and catering provisions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for setup and ongoing services, including cleaning and furniture procurement.
- Oversee the layout planning and installation of essential office infrastructure.
- Procure office supplies and equipment while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with IT and HR to facilitate new hire equipment setup.
- Establish office operations, including mail handling and food & beverage programs, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional work environment.
- Implement health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Recruit or coordinate temporary support during the setup phase.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace experience for all employees.
