We are excited to invite an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Downtown Naples location!
Position Overview:
- Act as the welcoming face of our office by greeting visitors, managing mail distribution, processing check deposits, and addressing general office inquiries.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, focusing on areas such as the reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and shared spaces.
- Oversee office supplies, including inventory management, restocking orders, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors to address on-site facility concerns, escalating significant issues to the National Workplace team.
- Coordinate event planning and meeting logistics, serving as the primary point of contact for execution and ideation.
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch clients, providing day-to-day support for inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Facilitate the adoption of our technology by delivering personalized support, strategic guidance, and group training sessions.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, answering inquiries, and liaising with marketing specialists for more complex requests.
- Collaborate with local Agent Experience Managers and the Onboarding team to strategize on welcoming new clients.
- Provide flexible administrative support for tasks such as preparing for sales meetings and data entry as required.
- Work synergistically with team members and other departments to represent the voice of the agent and facilitate feedback.
- Be a culture ambassador, inspiring and empowering colleagues with a constructive approach to driving change.
