Position Overview
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our London office, overseeing daily activities while implementing initiatives that enhance our workplace environment, optimize costs, and expand our office infrastructure as Harvey continues to grow. Additionally, you will act as the operational liaison for our other EMEA offices—smaller, flexible workspaces—coordinating logistics and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the region. This is a fully in-office role based in London, requiring on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to support the daily workplace experience.
Your Responsibilities
Workplace Operations
Oversee the complete workplace and guest experience for the London office, establishing and upholding standards for safety, functionality, and employee satisfaction.
Act as the regional coordination point for Harvey's other EMEA offices, managing visitor logistics, badge access, suite transitions, and vendor requirements as these locations grow.
Manage vendor relationships with a focus on selection, procurement, and performance oversight.
Proactively identify operational enhancement opportunities and lead their implementation; maintain office systems, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency.
