Key Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office organization
- Perform classic administrative and organizational tasks: process orders, maintain personnel files, generate invoices, monitor payments, oversee inventory, and manage documentation
- Engage with customers through direct and phone communication regarding organizational matters
- Centralized management and response to inquiries
- Support in HR activities (contract management, etc.)
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for our IT technicians and consultants
- Assist with secretarial and administrative duties
