Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office & Events Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our New York office and orchestrate memorable events that strengthen team cohesion. This pivotal role ensures our office environment thrives, fostering collaboration and engagement. You will also collaborate with our People Programs Manager in San Francisco to strategize and execute key annual events, including bi-annual global offsites, festive holiday celebrations, monthly team-building activities, onboarding sessions, and mini-team retreats. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess a strong background in office management and event planning, and demonstrate proficiency in managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to create seamless, enjoyable experiences.
