It is crucial to communicate tactfully with colleagues when standards are not met, ensuring that any lapses in maintaining our care standards are promptly reported to management for further discussion.
Duties include:
- Overseeing the management of work-related injuries.
- Conducting pre-employment and post-employment physical examinations.
- Administering NCRME DOT physicals.
- Providing immediate medical care to all patients who present at the clinic.
- Ensuring your physical and mental health is optimal for the safe and competent practice of medicine.
- Keeping updated on procedures and treatments offered at our facility.
- Maintaining adequate clinical skills as a practitioner.
- Directly supervising the medical staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Receiving updates from the Chief Medical Officer and/or Clinical Director and ensuring all medical staff are informed of any changes in patient status.
- Coordinating continuity of care and interaction with relevant external medical entities.
- Reporting directly to the Clinical Director.
