Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant specializing in Interventional Pain Management
Location: Mesa, Arizona (with travel to Peoria, AZ twice a month)
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays Only | No Nights or Weekends
Work Environment: Outpatient Multidisciplinary Pain Management Clinic
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 annually (Dependent on Experience)

Position Overview:
This full-time role presents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a forward-thinking interventional pain management practice in Mesa, Arizona. The focus is on assessing patients with chronic and acute pain conditions, crafting personalized treatment plans, and performing or assisting in minimally invasive interventional procedures. This role offers a collaborative clinic environment, a weekday-only schedule, and the chance to work closely with seasoned physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and gather comprehensive patient histories
- Diagnose and evaluate chronic and acute pain conditions
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans
- Perform or assist with interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord stimulator trials, vertebral augmentation, MILD, and Vertiflex procedures
- Order and interpret imaging studies and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications within the scope of practice
