The Telemedi Group is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Warsaw to manage our primary care clinic, which serves patients under the Primary Healthcare (POZ) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of the medical team and support staff development.
- Achieve business and operational objectives.
- Maintain high standards of medical services while pursuing continuous improvement.
- Act as a representative of the clinic to patients and the National Health Fund (NFZ).
- Ensure patient retention within the clinic.
- Prepare the clinic for operations, including staff availability, NFZ reporting, and daily coordination.
- Report and settle NFZ services.
Qualifications
- Authorization to collect POZ declarations.
- Experience in nursing and/or team management.
- Commitment and motivation to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational skills for both individual and team tasks.
