Key Responsibilities
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will report directly to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor and will be tasked with conducting a diverse array of in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and managing quality control on both stationary and portable scintillation equipment, such as gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, and dose calibration devices.
- Conducting PET, Nuclear Medicine, and CT diagnostic studies using a PET/CT scanner, including the administration of CT contrast media and image acquisition.
- Supporting scanner qualification for research trials by executing necessary scans and procedures.
- Developing and programming study-specific protocols for administration, imaging, and reformatting, under the guidance of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor and Medical Director.
- Delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring timely completion of all examinations.
This role requires the flexibility to work on-call as necessary to support our patients and team.
