Provide Calmness, Proximity, and Trust During the Night as a Nights Care Assistant at Mariënburg and 't Hamersveld
Your Responsibilities
As a Nights Care Assistant, you are the familiar face during the quiet hours. With tranquility, attention, and person-centered care, you ensure that residents feel safe, acknowledged, and comfortable. You work independently but maintain a connection with colleagues from both locations.
At Mariënburg in Soest and 't Hamersveld in Leusden, we provide a warm and safe home for residents with dementia and intensive physical care needs. At night, you are present, alert, and caring as a Nights Care Assistant. You assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), respond to calls, and create a calm atmosphere that allows residents to sleep peacefully.
You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration with families, personal leadership, and a focus on vitality are paramount. As a Nights Care Assistant, you have the opportunity to grow, share your thoughts, and engage in meaningful work, especially during the hours where your presence makes all the difference.
Your Tasks
Assist with ADL tasks that arise during the night
Respond to calls and ensure a safe, peaceful night
Identify changes and communicate them to colleagues
Create a calm, familiar environment for a good night's rest
(If qualified) administer medication and perform basic nursing tasks
