Join NBCUniversal as a proactive Coordinator focused on the management and execution of Owned & Paid NBC Entertainment multiplatform campaign deliverables, encompassing video spots, lower third graphics/snipes, and promotional assets for events. This role is pivotal in supporting the Multiplatform Scheduling & Paid Media Teams by managing asset requests linked to premiere plans, campaign rollouts, and promotional strategies aligned with programming and company objectives.
- Assist in handling promotional asset requests in collaboration with the Multiplatform Scheduling & Paid Media Teams.
- Facilitate communication of promotional content requirements to ensure the Entertainment team develops the necessary campaigns and creatives to support Paid Media, On-Air, Affiliates, Digital, and Streaming platforms.
- Analyze the Production Media Agency report and input vital information into our request interface, updating with promotional codes, tagging, traffic instructions, and more.
- Manage video spot and lower third graphic/snipe request data using project management and scheduling tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date promotional asset metadata, including codes, versions, flight dates, and lengths.
- Monitor program scheduling adjustments, creative changes, and media team asset requirements, ensuring all documents and stakeholders are updated as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management, content finishing teams, and external vendors/agencies to guarantee timely deliverables.
- Participate in ongoing meetings with marketing team stakeholders to gather relevant information and promotional requests.
- Foster collaboration among multiple internal and external teams, adapting to the dynamic priorities of a fast-paced environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities, special projects, and tasks as assigned.
