As a key member of our reception team, you will deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests. You will take the lead in fulfilling guest requests with efficiency and a commitment to achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. Your goal is to consistently meet and ideally exceed the expectations of our guests by providing a high level of service quality and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include promoting our food and beverage offerings and occasionally assisting with breakfast shifts. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Providing prompt, courteous service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Maintaining accurate control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are posted timely.
- Adhering to strict security protocols regarding credit and cash transactions, room key issuance, and guest privacy.
- Facilitating effective communication between hotel guests and all departments, both verbally and in writing.
- Operating the switchboard efficiently, greeting callers according to Accor policy, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Accurately documenting and distributing internal and guest messages according to hotel procedures.
- Maintaining an up-to-date internal phone list for seamless call transfers and connecting international calls.
- Assisting with screening calls for reservations and ensuring accurate information is shared with guests.
- Utilizing every opportunity to promote hotel amenities and maximize sales through your product knowledge and selling skills.
- Performing additional tasks as requested by management and supervisors.
