Key Responsibilities
As a Multi-Site Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Lead by example, embodying the standards and behaviors that reflect Bozzuto's core values and culture.
- Devote time to recruiting, developing, and providing both on-the-job and classroom training for technicians and community care associates.
- Demonstrate care for our residents through timely follow-ups and meticulous completion of service requests.
- Address maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Oversee the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Maintain the building's value by consistently executing preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure the beauty and safety of the community through general maintenance, snow removal, and grounds upkeep.
- Ensure optimal operational efficiency for all property components.
- Comply with all relevant building, county, and safety codes, ensuring an accident-free environment.
- Conduct annual inspections of building systems as required by jurisdiction.
- Lead cost-effective capital improvement projects and special initiatives.
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors while adhering to budget parameters.
- Reinforce monthly staffing schedules to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage.
