MSX International is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Mobile Service Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Dealer Performance Coach, overseeing the introduction, training, and ongoing support of Mobile Service Programs across designated dealerships. Your mission will be to coach dealership staff, enhance technician skills, and drive performance enhancements to ensure the success of mobile service operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for Mobile Service operations at assigned dealerships.
- Provide comprehensive training to dealership technicians on the functionality and operational procedures of Mobile Service vehicles.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and kick-off meetings to establish dealership-specific business plans.
- Ensure prompt readiness and deployment of Mobile Service vans upon arrival.
- Organize launch events and align dealership teams with business objectives and technician training.
- Design and implement customized onsite sustainment visits aimed at business development and performance enhancement.
- Formulate and execute action plans to surpass program goals, focusing on optimizing service processes.
- Disseminate best practices and key success factors throughout the dealer network.
- Monitor and mentor dealership Mobile Service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Document visit outcomes and produce actionable summaries for stakeholders.
