Your Role
As a Mobile Developer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor and product expert, helping clients navigate technical challenges, answering inquiries, and creating code samples to facilitate their success. In collaboration with the enterprise success team and other departments, including engineering and product, you will ensure a seamless support experience.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Responding to Developer Inquiries: Act as the primary contact for technical support, particularly concerning our mobile SDKs and APIs. Engage with customers via email, ticketing systems, forums, and video calls to resolve their issues.
- Triage & Troubleshoot: Analyze problems, guide clients through debugging processes, and work closely with our engineering team to identify and rectify issues. Develop and enhance sample applications to ensure effective integration for our customers.
- Maintaining Support Resources: Assist in updating FAQs, internal tools, and technical documentation to enhance efficiency in future support efforts.
- Assisting During High-Priority Incidents: Provide prompt support during urgent situations, coordinating with internal teams and maintaining clear communication with customers.
