Join the ranks of skilled military Veterans embarking on a rewarding career as a Kia Certified Service Technician with Kia Retailers. This initiative is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), designed to empower Veterans in their transition to civilian careers.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Complete repair and warranty orders in accordance with Kia and retailer policies.
- Conduct test drives, analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicle components using Kia diagnostic techniques and specialized tools.
- Perform services and repairs efficiently while collaborating with the shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

- Honorable discharge from military service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a technical or mechanical field is mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks.
