The Opportunity:
In a world where mathematics opens doors to a multitude of possibilities, as a Math Teacher at Mastery, you will be instrumental in cultivating a passion for math among your students while enhancing your own teaching skills. From their first day in our schools, young mathematicians engage with the cutting-edge, open-source Eureka Math Curriculum, which develops the skills and understanding necessary for strong mathematical fluency.
Our students from Kindergarten through 8th grade learn with Eureka, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of higher math in 9th through 12th grade, where they study Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II, with opportunities for advanced studies in Precalculus, Calculus, and Statistics. Our core program for Algebra I/II, Geometry, and Precalculus is supported by Agile Mind.
As a Math Teacher at Mastery, you will set ambitious expectations while providing the necessary support to ensure that all your students thrive. Collaborating closely with our Specialized Services and School Culture teams, you will ensure that your students receive the assistance they need to excel.
At Mastery, we prioritize Continuous Improvement and encourage you to develop your craft. A dedicated team of Assistant Principals, central-office coaches, and school-based content teams are available to provide coaching and feedback to every teacher.
